Q. So many sizes and prices, frame or no frame, PhotoRealistic or PixelPainting! I’m getting ready to place an order, but with all these choices, how do I know what’s best for me?
A. (From Tom) We really enjoy giving our customers plenty of choices when it comes to turning their favorite photo to canvas, because we want it to be something they will cherish for years to come. But we also understand that making the right choice can be difficult–especially if you are a first-time customer. Here are five simple tips to help.
- Consider your budget. At Canvas on Demand, we have selections to fit any budget–from a smaller, gallery-wrapped canvas to hang over your office desk to a spectacular wall exhibit that tells the big story of your family or business. Just go to the Canvas on Demand website and select prices and sizes. Remember to check out our special deals like getting the second identical canvas of the same image at half the cost! (A money-saving idea if you want to keep one and give the other as a gift!) And don’t forget that we will touch up some minor defects and enhance your image at no additional charge–like removing date stamps and red eye or sharpening contrast and correcting color balance.
- Think about the effect you desire. If you are wanting a softer, gentler look with an artist’s brushstroke effect, you might consider PixelPainting rather than PhotoRealistic. You might also want us to change the background of your image.
- Decide where your canvas will hang. Perhaps you prefer a gallery-wrap; but then again, one advantage to ordering a frame is that you can coordinate your canvas with the room’s style (traditional or contemporary) and the other finishes in your decor. We offer four premium frames. We also offer a standard black frame with a satin finish and a contemporary square profile.
- Visit the Customer Showcase on our website. That’s where you will see all the creative ideas other customers have tried. You’ll be able to read their comments and testimonials and learn what they have to say about the images and options they selected.
- Finally and most importantly, take advantage of our acclaimed customer service department! We are very proud of each of our service representatives. They are friendly, knowledgeable, and standing ready during regular business hours to walk you through every step and to answer every question. You can talk personally to them by phone or chat with them online.
I hope these suggestions help you make the choices that are right for you. Afterall…our goal is to know that you are absolutely delighted when your order arrives! Tom
