HERE IS AN EXAMPLE OF AN ORGANIZATION THAT TOOK ADVANTAGE OF THE DOING GOOD PROGRAM:
Your qualifying 501C3 organization will receive a package with the following materials: A $100 Canvas on Demand gift voucher, a sample canvas and stand, a descriptive table tent, and several 10% discount cards for those participating in the event.
This year, Canvas on Demand plans to give away up to $100,000 worth of Doing Good gift vouchers. It’s our way of supporting and partnering with qualified grass roots organizations that are working to become the very change they want to see in the world.
I am interested in getting my children’s school PTA and Special Needs Department on the list to receive a voucher for their spring findraiser that helps fund field trips, equipment, and after school programs in our neighborhood. I am the mother of two special needs children who have improved by leaps and bounds with their education here, and I am jus trying to give back a little. I have seen the quality of your canvases and know that whomever would purchase this in the spring fundraiser would be very pleased. Hi! I am interested in helping my church to have fundraising to help them renovate the church kitchen and eventually a building. My church has blessed a lot of people including me. I am trying to help them raise funds for a building so they can help far more greater amount of people. Please help me to help them.

Thank you for your donation of a $100 gift certificate to the Elmwood Parents’ Club, an Illinois-based nonprofit organization. Your donation was auctioned off at our Golf Outing, Auction and Dinner event to help raise funds to further the Parents’ Club’s tax-exempt activities. The highest bidder took home your donation for $60. This year’s earnings will be used to provide assistance in worthwhile projects for the betterment of Elmwood Elementary School. I applied for a “Doing Good” award for the fundraiser that the Moms Club and I do every June, with the benefit this year going to the NEGU foundation as well as a local shelter for women and children in my area called Haven. The money raised from the auction of items at our banquet will be donated to the above causes. My question is I received a reply back saying that you received our application, with a copy of everything I typed in the application, this was done back on 1/12/12. Was wondering if we were being considered still or if you will contact us further should our cause be selected to receive a “Doing Good” kit? Thanks for any help you can give me on the matter.
