Riley, Junior Diabetes Child

Riley and her mom, Jill: “Thanks Canvas on Demand for the $100 gift certificate that we auctioned off during our silent auction. You are helping us make a difference.”

Canvas on Demand is a proud partner of this event.  Together we are working to find a cure for children like Riley! Joe Schmidt, co-owner

Sarah Howell, a Creative Memories Consultant who has been scrapbooking since 1998, says this event all began with a simple email from her friend, Jill McCarthy.

At four-years-old, Jill’s daughter, Riley, was diagnosed with Juvenile Diabetes.  Soon Sarah, Jill, and many others were working together to launch a scrapbooking event in Nashville, Tennessee, that would raise money for a great cause.  Sarah explains, “We are so proud of Riley, and we simply wanted to do this to support her and to help find a cure for all the children with Juvenile Diabetes.  We want to give them hope for their future.”
