About the organization:
We are the school's parent teacher organization. We sponsor Kindergarten through 12th grade. We sponsor the accelerated reading program at school to give incentives to students for reading. We put on playday each year and make it free to the students so they can all participate equally. We do family nights, talent shows, movie nights, etc. We have helped purchase playground equipment. We have purchased classroom cameras for all the classes through 6th grade. We give two scholarships to seniors. We try to get more and more involved each year coming up with more things to do for the students. We also donate money to the area parents as teachers program and instead of charging for some our our events collect canned goods for the local food pantry.
