About the organization:
Lakes International Language Academy is an elementary school in Forest Lake, MN that strongly emphasizes Spanish and Chinese language immersion of students in kindergarten through sixth grade. The primary functions of the Lakes International Language Academy's Parent Teacher Organization are to support the staff and students: in creating a positive learning atmosphere;
to provide volunteer assistance by using the time and talents of parents and community members;
and to contribute financial support to quality programs that enhance and enrich the classroom curriculum.
