About the organization:
The foundation is a mentoring program where the protégés (starting in the 8th grade) are matched with a Cleveland area professional/adult where they meet both in the workplace & personally. Every protégé that has stayed in the program throughout their senior year has gone on to college & they statistics for a Cleveland city school student to go to college is only 10%.
