Glimpses of Greatness

Thursday, December 30th, 2010

Countries take great pride in having the tallest, the biggest, and the most unusual.  I am leaving on a long six-month backpacking trip around the globe this coming March 1st.  (Stay tuned for more on that trek in this blog!)  But one of the things I anticipate on that adventure is seeing some remarkable record-setters—like the world’s tallest building in Dubai and the longest escalator in Hong Kong.  So I suppose it stands to reason that this canvas below, which we created for a customer named Meghan, caught my attention.  The Petronas Twin Towers in Malaysia are the tallest twin buildings on planet earth.  Meghan wrote to tell us that she loved the service and prompt delivery she enjoyed at Canvas on Demand.  In her words it was “an awesome experience”!

And just read about the experience that another customer, Ronald, had when he photographed the canvas shown below:

“Glimpses of Greatness.  A trip to Spain to see and touch for myself the genius of Gehry’s architecture as manifest in the Guggenhein Bilbao.  It was like a pilgrimage to the pyramids in their prime.  As I drew nearer the looming presence, the structure envelops the spirit, quickens the pace, heightens the anticipation, deepens the experience of greatness in the present.  Thanks, Canvas on Demand.  Your company is professional, customer friendly, renders  high quality result!”
